Life is a journey and the road is not as smooth as this path. It is more like the sidewalk in front of our houses with cracks , bumps, and other things that can cause stress. Stress make you go to the Doctor in which he give you a pill which creates more stress.
There are things that can smooth out the path and make it more livable. These things are Jokes because laughter is good medience. Herbs and eating health is also a good one that is why an apple a day will keep the doctor away.
